80 to 90% reduction is what it’s going to take.....now we just need to make the reduction area a whole bunch bigger.
All areas in BC that contain Mountain Caribou or struggling moose populations would be a good start.
Great news, hopefully swift follow thru happends. When they talk numbers such as 80-90% it may seem very high, but that is of just what is seen from the air in the certain zones. Often what happends is the areas where the wolves are removed the next year a bunch more have moved in from an area just out of the select zone.. But its a great start. I don't think id waste the time on collaring the 7 wolves, just surge on..
