Brings me to mind of the recent episode of "ALONE" The winner shot a moose(not sure how a non resident alien can legally do that without a guide but I digress) but at the end was whining about not having any fat to supplement his protein. 83(?) days. The meat and marrow from 1 moose should have sustained him all winter let alone 83 days. :Doh!: BTW, I love marrow exactly as you described or even just "buttered" on bread. :Oh Yeah!:

:Hungry:

I know when they filmed Alone in BC the government issued exemption permits for all the hunting and fishing they did. I’m sure it’s the same everywhere they film. I’m sure it cost a lot.
