I watched a show on the knowledge network yesterday about the "canyon" goats of the Stikine River's "Grand Canyon"...some very cool goat footage...anyone have first hand experience with the area...pretty rugged!!!!

Been many years but I have been down the Stikine a fow times in the 70s. Seen goats. Beautiful country. You need a good river guide to tackle it

have seen the doc several times. excellent footage.

WHY do the goats ''take such chances'' ???
simply because they have no idea that one wrong step could be their last !!!!!!! told to me by an old time hunter ,up in the SNAKE RIVER canyon IDAHO...
